By looking at the project as a whole, we see opportunities to streamline design and procurement into fabrication and construction.  Valor EPC is willing to take on our share of the risk by guaranteeing our design and executing through to start-up.  We encourage the opportunity to price projects on a unit price or lump sum model.  We are confident this model can save substantial time and money that would otherwise be spent on the bidding process.  It also provides motivation where everyone can be rewarded for exceptional work and services. 

We don’t have a lot of them.  They are not onerous.  We have exactly what we need and nothing more.  This allows us to be nimble.  Valor EPC produces high quality documents and drawings that are easy to read, and fit for purpose. 

We embrace technology that works.  Tools that are proven to streamline projects from start to finish.  These advancements in technology are invaluable if applied to a large project that warrants it.  Again, fit for purpose is the key.  Here are some of the areas where it can be applicable:
