Valor EPC fits into your organization as you see fit.  We can provide bare bones support, to full turnkey/design-build, to anything in between.

Having engineers and designers who previously worked on the project and who have prior job knowledge at the job site is a real cost-saving benefit to the project.  We can provide home office engineers and designers to the job site during the construction phase to answer questions and solve problems.

When Valor EPC manages the build component we can engage our CM staff early in the planning stages to ensure constructability.  This alone can potentially save hundreds of thousands of dollars.  Plot plan, scope of work and schedule can be reviewed and approved.  Construction input into design and modularization strategy is a major focus.  Modular "plug and play" design allows for efficient construction execution while minimizing field work and associated costs.

When Valor EPC works directly with fabrication shops we are able to streamline the process of getting drawings onto the shop floor.  Use of electronic PCF files avoid any re-drawing of spools.  Accurate bills of material are extracted from the 3D model to allow ordering of materials well in advance.  We strategically place welds with shipping spool restrictions in mind as well as to minimize field welds.
